Function: buffer-substring-no-properties

buffer-substring-no-properties is a function defined in editfns.c.

Signature

(buffer-substring-no-properties START END)

Documentation

Return the characters of part of the buffer, without the text properties.

The two arguments START and END are character positions; they can be in either order.

Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 19.29.
