Convenience function to configure Kyle E. Jones' Filladapt mode for CC Mode by making sure the proper entries are present on filladapt-token-table, filladapt-token-match-table, and filladapt-token-conversion-table. This is intended to be used on c-mode-common-hook or similar.

Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 21.1.
