Save changed DCL mode options for this buffer.

Saves or updates all DCL mode related options that don't have their default values in a Local Variables: section at the end of the current buffer.

No entries are removed from the Local Variables: section. This means that if a variable is given a non-default value in the section and later is manually reset to its default value, the variable's entry will still be present in the Local Variables: section with its old value.
