Return an alist describing all members visible in the current buffer.

Each element of the list has the form (MEMBER-NAME . ACCESSOR), where MEMBER-NAME is the member's name, and ACCESSOR is the struct accessor with which the member's list can be accessed in an ebrowse-ts structure. The list includes inherited members if these are visible.
