gdb-enable-debug is an autoloaded, interactive and byte-compiled function defined in gdb-mi.el.gz.

Toggle logging of transaction between Emacs and Gdb.

The log is stored in gdb-debug-log as an alist with elements whose cons is send, send-item or recv and whose cdr is the string being transferred. This list may grow up to a size of gdb-debug-log-max after which the oldest element (at the end of the list) is deleted every time a new one is added (at the front).

This is a minor mode. If called interactively, toggle the Gdb-Enable-Debug mode mode. If the prefix argument is positive, enable the mode, and if it is zero or negative, disable the mode.

If called from Lisp, toggle the mode if ARG is toggle. Enable the mode if ARG is nil, omitted, or is a positive number. Disable the mode if ARG is a negative number.

To check whether the minor mode is enabled in the current buffer, evaluate (default-value \=gdb-enable-debug)'.

The mode's hook is called both when the mode is enabled and when it is disabled.
