minibuffer-inactive-mode is an interactive and byte-compiled function defined in minibuffer.el.gz.

Uses keymap minibuffer-inactive-mode-map and syntax-table minibuffer-inactive-mode-syntax-table.

This mode runs the hook minibuffer-inactive-mode-hook, as the final or penultimate step during initialization.
