If this is nil, mouse-drag-and-drop-region(var)/mouse-drag-and-drop-region(fun) leaves point alone.
Otherwise, it will move point together with the mouse cursor and,
in addition, temporarily highlight the original region with the
mouse-drag-and-drop-region(var)/mouse-drag-and-drop-region(fun) face.
