Return the interactive form of FUNCTION or nil if none.

This is called by interactive-form when invoked on OClosures. It should return either nil or a two-element list of the form (interactive FORM) where FORM is like the first arg of the interactive special form. Add your methods to this generic function, but always call interactive-form instead.
