Function: semanticdb-normalize-one-tag
semanticdb-normalize-one-tag is a byte-compiled function without a
source file.
Signature
(semanticdb-normalize-one-tag ARG &rest ARGS)
Implementations
(semanticdb-normalize-one-tag (OBJ semanticdb-table-ebrowse) TAG) in `semantic/db-ebrowse.el'.
Convert in Ebrowse database OBJ one TAG into a complete tag. The default tag provided by searches exclude many features of a semantic parsed tag. Look up the file for OBJ, and match TAG against a semantic parsed tag that has all the info needed, and return that.
(semanticdb-normalize-one-tag (OBJ semanticdb-table-emacs-lisp) TAG) in `semantic/db-el.el'.
Convert one TAG, originating from Emacs OBJ, into standardized form. If Emacs cannot resolve this symbol to a particular file, then return nil.
(semanticdb-normalize-one-tag (OBJ semanticdb-abstract-table) TAG) in `semantic/db.el'.
For the table OBJ, convert a TAG, into standardized form. This method returns a list of the form (DATABASE . NEWTAG).
The default is to just return (OBJ TAG).
Some databases may default to searching and providing simplified tags based on whichever technique used. This method provides a hook for them to convert TAG into a more complete form.
