Write out the database DB to its file. If DB is not specified, then use the current database.

(semanticdb-save-db (DB semanticdb-project-database) &optional SUPPRESS-QUESTIONS) in `semantic/db.el'.

Cause a database to save itself. The database base class does not save itself persistently. Subclasses could save themselves to a file, or to a database, or other form.
