A function that returns a ns string to be used by eldoc.

Takes one argument, a namespace name. For convenience, some functions are already provided for this purpose: cider-abbreviate-ns, and cider-last-ns-segment.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in cider version 0.13.0.
