Variable: cider-flash-evaluated-region

cider-flash-evaluated-region is a customizable variable defined in cider-eval.el.

Value

nil

Documentation

Whether to briefly flash the region CIDER evaluated.

Evaluation commands differ in which form they act on, and the answer isn='t always obvious from where the cursor sits - on a delimiter, say, or in the whitespace after a form. Flashing the region shows you what was actually sent, right where you are looking.

nil, the default, flashes nothing. t flashes with cider-flash-face. A face flashes with that face instead.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in cider version 2.1.0.
