org-cite-csl-styles-dir is a customizable variable defined in oc-csl.el.gz.

Documentation

Directory of CSL style files.

Relative style file names are expanded according to document's default directory. If it fails and the variable is non-nil, Org looks for style files in this directory, too.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in Org version
9.5.
