Variable: tildify-pattern

tildify-pattern is a customizable variable defined in tildify.el.gz.

Value

"\\(?:[,:;(][ ]*[a]\\|\\<[AIKOSUVZikosuvz]\\)\\([ ]+\\|[ ]*\n[ ]*\\)\\(?:\\w\\|[([{\\]\\|<[a-zA-Z]\\)"

Documentation

A pattern specifying where to insert hard spaces.

tildify-buffer function will replace first capturing group of the regexp with a hard space (as defined by tildify-space-string variable). (Hint: \(…\) non-capturing groups can be used for grouping prior to the part of the regexp matching the white space). The pattern is matched case-sensitive regardless of the value of case-fold-search setting.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in Emacs 25.1.

Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 25.1.
