Primitive functions to exclude from trampoline optimization.

Primitive functions included in this list will not be called directly by the natively-compiled code, which makes trampolines for those primitives unnecessary in case of function redefinition/advice.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in Emacs 30.1.
