cider-test-stream-results is a customizable variable defined in cider-test.el.

When non-nil, report test progress while the tests are running.

The echo area shows the running totals after each test var, and a var that fails is added to the test report right away, instead of everything arriving once the whole run is over. This needs cider-nrepl 0.63.0 or newer; with an older one the report arrives at the end, as usual.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in cider version 2.1.0.
