ethio-primary-language is a customizable variable defined in ethio-util.el.gz.

Symbol that defines the primary language in SERA --> FIDEL conversion.

FIDEL is the Amharic alphabet; SERA (System for Ethiopic Representation in ASCII) is the Latin representation of Ethiopic script. The value should be one of: tigrigna, amharic or english.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in Emacs 28.1.
