evil-visual-state-cursor is a variable defined in evil-states.el.

Cursor for Visual state.

May be a cursor type as per cursor-type, a color string as passed to set-cursor-color, a zero-argument function for changing the cursor, or a list of the above.

If set to nil, the value of evil-default-cursor is used; if you want the nil cursor-type (i.e., you want to disable the cursor), set this variable to (list nil).
