conf-unix-mode is an autoloaded, interactive and byte-compiled
function defined in conf-mode.el.gz.

Conf Mode starter for Unix style Conf files.

In addition to any hooks its parent mode might have run, this mode runs
the hook conf-unix-mode-hook, as the final or penultimate step during
initialization.
Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 26.1.
