Variable: cider-ns-magic-requires

cider-ns-magic-requires is a customizable variable defined in cider-ns.el.

Value

nil

Documentation

Whether typing a slash after an alias the ns form lacks requires it.

With magic requires on, typing str/ in a buffer whose ns form has no str alias adds the namespace str stands for: the one the project's source files give that alias, or failing that, the one cider-ns-magic-require-aliases has for it.

nil - never;
t - add it right away when there's one candidate, ask otherwise;
prompt - always ask.

Picking none of the candidates leaves the alias alone in that buffer from then on. After a change, CIDER does what cider-ns-edit-actions asks for.

This variable was added, or its default value changed, in cider version 2.1.0.
