Variable: org-from-is-user-regexp

org-from-is-user-regexp is an alias and customizable for org-link-from-user-regexp, defined in org-compat.el.

This variable is obsolete since 9.3; use org-link-from-user-regexp instead.

Documentation

Regexp matched against the "From:" header of an email or Usenet message.

It should match if the message is from the user him/herself.
