Function: denote-fontify-links-mode-maybe

denote-fontify-links-mode-maybe is a function alias and interactive for denote-fontify-links-mode(var)/denote-fontify-links-mode(fun), defined in denote.el.

This command is obsolete since 4.2.0; use denote-fontify-links-mode(var)/denote-fontify-links-mode(fun) instead.

Fontify Denote links in plain text buffers.

Do so only when the current buffer is a Denote note and the major mode is not org-mode or markdown-mode (or any major mode derived therefrom).

This is a minor mode. If called interactively, toggle the Denote-Fontify-Links mode mode. If the prefix argument is positive, enable the mode, and if it is zero or negative, disable the mode.

If called from Lisp, toggle the mode if ARG is toggle. Enable the mode if ARG is nil, omitted, or is a positive number. Disable the mode if ARG is a negative number.

To check whether the minor mode is enabled in the current buffer, evaluate denote-fontify-links-mode(var)/denote-fontify-links-mode(fun).

The mode's hook is called both when the mode is enabled and when it is disabled.
