org-habit-get-priority is a function alias for org-habit-get-urgency, defined in org-habit.el.gz.

This function is obsolete since Org 9.7; use org-habit-get-urgency instead.

Documentation

Determine the relative urgency of a habit.

This must take into account not just urgency, but consistency as well.
