image-minor-mode is a buffer-local variable defined in image-mode.el.gz.

Documentation

Non-nil if Image minor mode is enabled.

Use the command image-minor-mode(var)/image-minor-mode(fun) to change this variable.

Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 23.2.
