Use the `denote-agenda` package

The denote-agenda package by Samuel W. Flint makes it easier to make the org-agenda work with Denote files. The package provides various ways to include files in the agenda, such as to pull in journal entries from the current and future days. The package also defines functions to filter the files, such as to exclude those that match a given regular expression.
