The denote-sections package by Samuel W. Flint is meant to provide a sidebar that can display useful information about Denote files. As of this writing (2026-04-27 22:47 +0300), the sidebar has one section for backlinks. Learn more here: https://git.sr.ht/~swflint/denote-sections.
