Function: initialize-completions

initialize-completions is a function alias and interactive for completion-initialize, defined in completion.el.gz.

This command is obsolete since 29.1; use completion-initialize instead.

(initialize-completions)

Documentation

Load the default completions file.

Also sets up so that exiting Emacs will automatically save the file.
