rst-toc-mode-mouse-goto is a function alias and interactive for rst-toc-mouse-follow-link, defined in rst.el.gz.

This command is obsolete since 29.1; use rst-toc-mouse-follow-link instead.

In rst-toc mode, go to the occurrence whose line you click on.

EVENT is the input event. Kill TOC buffer if KILL.
