cwarn-mode is a buffer-local variable defined in cwarn.el.gz.
Documentation
Non-nil if Cwarn mode is enabled.
Use the command cwarn-mode(var)/cwarn-mode(fun) to change this variable.
Probably introduced at or before Emacs version 21.1.
