Smart Key - Custom Mode

When pressed within Custom-mode for editing customizations: ACTION KEY (1) on the last line of the buffer, exit Custom mode, potentially prompting to save any changes; (2) at the end of any other line, scroll the window down down a windowful; (3) if a mouse event on a widget, activate the widget or display a menu; (4) anywhere else, execute the command bound to RET.
