Smart Key - Emacs Cross-references (Xrefs)

When over an Emacs cross-reference:
  ACTION KEY
     Follows the cross-reference to its source definition in another window.
  ASSIST KEY
     Displays the cross-reference definition in another window but
     stays in the current window.
