Smart Key - View Mode

If pressed within a buffer in View minor mode:
  ACTION KEY
     Scrolls the buffer forward a windowful; if last line is visible, move to the
     last line.  If at the last line of the buffer, instead quits from view mode.
  ASSIST KEY
     Scrolls the buffer backward a windowful.
